THE MOD SQUAD-SEASON 1 VOLUME 1 TV DVD REVIEW

Another great trip down memory lane! The Mod Squad was a very popular series for its time and was Aaron Spelling’s first prime time series when it premiered on 1968. The co-creator of the series was Danny Thomas. The basic plot for the series was 3 young people on the wrong side of the law that was given a chance by the police to work for them instead of a life in prison. The series starred Michael Cole as Pete Cochran, Clarence Williams III as Linc Hayes and Peggy Lipton as Julie Barnes. The person who changed their lives was Captain Greer played by the late Tige Andrews. The show lasted 5 seasons and 123 episodes. This volume consists of the first 13 episodes in crystal clear quality. There are also 3 featurettes about the series with Michael Cole and Peggy Lipton.
